Software Test Engineer

We are looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented Software Test Engineer to join our R&D team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality of our B2B software products, working across the full software testing life cycle in an agile environment and contributing directly to the reliability of hearing solutions that improve people’s lives.
What you will do
Design and execute comprehensive test cases from requirements, ensuring high coverage across different testing phases
Develop, enhance and maintain test suites using BDD practices, including writing and maintaining Gherkin scenarios aligned with business requirements
Track and investigate defects using defect management tools with development teams throughout the resolution process
Prepare clear and detailed test reports supported by execution evidence, communicating quality status and risks to key stakeholders
Work closely with developers, business analysts and product owners for early testing involvement and convert testing strategies into test specifications
Take ownership of product quality and proactively support team members to improve overall testing effectiveness
What you bring
Degree in computer science or a related field
3 to 5+ years of experience in manual software testing and test automation; experience in medical product testing would be an advantage
Strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle, including testing methodologies, techniques and levels
Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work as an individual contributor and as part of a cross-functional team
Experience in agile/scrum environments with hands-on client coordination
Proficient in defect management tools such as Azure DevOps, ALM, or TFS, with a strong understanding of defect tracking, triage, and resolution
