Principal Specialist, Global Information Security( OT focus)

This is a technical OT security role focused on designing and implementing security for manufacturing and industrial environments.
What you will do
Operational Technology (OT) Architecture:
Recommend, develop and implement advanced security concepts for OT environments, such as backup strategies, network segmentation and hardening approaches.
Own the evaluation and recommendation of security solutions for OT and actively contribute to end-to-end OT security architectures.
Perform technical analysis of business and operational requirements to select and design the most suitable OT security solutions.
OT Security Rollout:
Lead global projects to improve cyber security in manufacturing sites worldwide (China, Philippines, Poland, Singapore and Mexico).
Provide hands-on support to equipment owners and maintenance teams across the OT security lifecycle for complex production systems and manufacturing equipment.
Collaborate cross-functionally and cross-regionally with experts in production automation, IT and cyber security to ensure security-by-design.
Support manufacturing sites in vulnerability management and technical incident response for OT systems.
OT Infrastructure Implementation:
Support the implementation of OT infrastructure and OT network security, including the collection and reporting of relevant performance metrics.
Conduct and document technical analysis of OT network traffic to identify anomalies that may indicate malicious activity or potential threats.
Support other members of the Infrastructure/Network/Cyber Security team with OT-related technologies when additional technical expertise is needed.
OT Security Risk Management:
Provide technical guidance to identify, implement and maintain security controls and procedures tailored to OT environments.
Perform information security risk assessments and periodic technical reviews of OT security measures to understand risk levels and vulnerabilities in OT security processes.
Ensure findings from security reviews are translated into corrective technical actions to address identified vulnerabilities.
What you bring
Experience
At least 8 years of relevant working experience in the Semiconductor / Manufacturing / Industrial Automation / Industrial Process Control sector.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in OT (Operational Technology) cybersecurity, ideally in the relevant sector above, or as an OT security consultant.
Experience defining and implementing OT security architectures and security concepts, including backup strategies, malware defense approaches, OT hardening techniques for equipment (e.g., Linux and Windows-based systems) and OT/IT network security architectures.
Strong understanding of common cybersecurity frameworks and guidance used for ICS/OT environments (e.g., ISA-99/IEC 62443, CIS, NIS 800-82, ISO 27001) is a plus.
CISM, COBIT, CISSP certification or equivalent preferred.
