Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our digital products. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and customer needs, ensuring that product investments deliver measurable business value while creating exceptional user experiences. Working closely with Engineering, Architecture, UX, QA, and business stakeholders, you will own the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery and continuous improvement.
What you will do
Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
Translate business goals, market opportunities, and customer insights into prioritized product backlogs and actionable requirements.
Make informed trade-off decisions regarding scope, sequencing, timelines, and value delivery.
Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, product usage data, and competitive insights to guide product direction.
Own and manage the product backlog, including writing and refining epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release priorities.
Partner closely with Engineering teams during sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and release planning activities.
Collaborate with Solution Architects, UX Designers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.
Align priorities, dependencies, and delivery outcomes across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Define product goals, success metrics, and release objectives while monitoring product performance and adoption.
Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide regular updates on roadmap progress, releases, risks, and outcomes.
Support user acceptance testing, production readiness activities, and post-release monitoring.
Maintain product documentation, roadmap artifacts, release notes, and product reporting.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement through customer feedback, analytics, and market insights.
What you bring
Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Software Delivery.
Minimum 3 years of experience managing digital or software products.
Experience working in Agile software development environments.
Proven experience managing product roadmaps, stakeholder expectations, and delivery priorities.
Experience working with enterprise software products is preferred.
Product Management & Business Skills
Strong experience with product roadmap planning and product lifecycle management.
Expertise in requirements gathering, backlog management, and release planning.
Strong understanding of customer-centric product development and product discovery practices.
Experience utilizing data and customer insights to drive prioritization and decision-making.
Strong business analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Ability to balance short-term delivery objectives with long-term product strategy.
Technical Understanding
Good understanding of modern software development practices and product delivery processes.
Familiarity with cloud-native applications, REST APIs, system integrations, and software development lifecycles.
Understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and SaaS-based products is an advantage.

Experience managing SaaS or cloud-based products.
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
Knowledge of data-driven product management practices.
Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, SAFe Product Manager/Product Owner, or equivalent are advantageous.
