Principal Specialist, AI Security
Driven by the passion to improve quality of people’s lives, WSA continues to grow as market leader in the hearing aid industry. With our commitment to increase penetration in an underserved hearing care market, we want to accelerate our business transformation in order to reach more people, more effectively.
This role exists to make secure AI adoption possible — providing the hands-on technical capability that lets WSA innovate with AI at speed, inside guardrails, with risks visible and governed through the GRC operating model.
What you will do
Threat modelling, design reviews and testing of LLM applications, copilots and agentic workflows, working directly with the teams building them.
Maintain AI security standards and secure-by-default patterns, and run intake and risk assessment for new AI initiatives.
Operate AI security controls across the Microsoft stack, and detect and govern shadow AI and ungoverned agents.
Feed AI risk into the GRC operating model and report it clearly to CISO office leadership.
Train developers and AI agent builders, and keep the organisation current on the AI threat and regulatory landscape.
What you bring
10+ years in information security, with recent, hands-on experience securing AI systems (LLM applications, GenAI, copilots or agentic AI).
Practical experience threat modelling, reviewing and testing AI applications with development teams.
Hands-on with Microsoft security controls: Defender, Defender for Cloud Apps, Purview, Entra, Copilot Studio / Power Platform.
Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, AI/ML or a related field; CISSP or equivalent (ISO/IEC 42001, IAPP AIGP a plus).
