(Sr.) Clinical Audiologist

What you will do
- Serve the clients according to the best of your professional skill and ability in all sorts of clinical services related to audiology and shall supervise all subordinate staffs in carrying out such services.
- Work at Employer designated workplace and assist other staff and areas of the Employer, such as marketing, clinical service, customer service, and technical support in carrying out such duties.
- Professionally deal with customer complaints of audiology related clinical services and technical support; Initiate and implement the improvement action to reduce the customer complaints.
- Coach and provide advisory to Audiologist.
- Improve and implement the professional audiology service process to drive the best client experience journey in all Widex HK Hearing and Speech Centres
- Explore new Audiology business opportunities.
- Fulfil the KPIs target set by the company.
- Communicate with the Experts or ENT Doctors from the hospitals or external customers by introducing Employer’s Hearing aids products and audiology related service in an academic and professional way.
- Lead or handle any other ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by the Line Manager.
What you bring
Experience
- At least 5 years relevant working experience as well as academic know-how related to audiology and clinical services from Hearing Aids or Audiology related industry.
- Experiences of working in Clinical Hearing and Speech Centre is a plus.
- A consistent track record of delivery and support of the business with the ability to execute well.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to take corrective action early and decisively when projects are off track or people are not performing.
- A strong track record of hiring, retaining, and developing top tier leaders, ensuring a pipeline of future talent.

- Ethics, confidence, managing ambiguity and being open to learning.
- Bias towards action and results delivery which are critical in a highly performance-oriented environment; passion for quality and efficiency and a strong “can-do” attitude.
- Display strong communication and stakeholder management skills to work with people across all levels and seniority

- Be punctual and role-modelling of a competent clinician/leader in a clinical setting.
