Manager – Manufacturing & Services

What you will do
- Managing Day to Day repair services & customized production for PAN India locations
- To form a bridge between CS, Sales and technical team to provide End to End repair & services solution
- Handling customer complaints and maintain good relationships with internal customers (Sales team and CS) to provide one window solutions for all technical issues
- Monitoring KPIs such as repair TAT and First repair for all Product lines
- Monitoring Day-Day performance of the individual team members and sub locations
- Monitor skills of technical team and form a continuous process to develop skills of technical team with regular trainings and upgrades
- Complaint management & Reporting on product level for all technical issues to R&D
- Monitoring Repair volumes to Sale Population and its repair trends, hence Monitoring the repair ratios and product stability,
- Spare Parts Management (for repairs)
- Consumables and raw materials procurement and management for ITE production
- Monitor and control of outsourced service processes & vendors
- Waste Management - Proper disposals of electronic, battery waste as per govt norms and fulfil the EPR responsibility as per guidelines.
- Ensuring of safe work environment & PPE usage (EH&S)
- Managing changes of materials, equipment or processes as per guidelines
- Ensures the equipment/machinery is being used correctly and safely , as prescribed in the manufacturer’s handbook or the relevant work instruction.
- Calibration and Maintenance of equipment and Instruments to be Calibrated and maintained externally and internally.
What you bring
- Exposure to repair services management of electronics products (Mobiles/ Consumer durables/white Goods) – 10 years
- Background in manufacturing. Technically strong- knowledge in both manufacturing which services is a subset.
- Semiconductor industry – precision tools, fundamental understanding of quality and regulatory topics.
- Manufacturing units – medical industry--- apparatus (added advantage) + quality and regulatory topics
- Customer centric
- Exposure in leading team ~ 30-40 people
- Team Building & Leadership skills
- 5S & Six Sigma Concepts
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work under pressure and handle stress
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics/ similar disciplines)
- Advanced user of ERP and BI reporting
- Advanced user of MS Office
- Expert in reading and decoding technical documentations
- Six Sigma certification (preferable)
