We are looking for a detail-oriented dispatch associate with order processing experience to join our team.

What you will do

Reporting to the Warehouse & Dispatch Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Dispatching of all new, remake and repair orders, accessories and sales and marketing goods to customers by the required dates
• Housekeeping tasks - storage of impressions, filing of device and repair orders, picking lists and delivery dockets to ensure integrity of data
• Assist in other areas within the Dispatch and Logistics Departments as required and directed by the Logistics Team Lead
• Maintaining and following work safe practices, report any potential hazards to supervisor

What you bring

• Communication skills and high attention to detail
• Experience in order processing
• Experience in Salesforce or similar systems
• ERP system knowledge is an added advantage
