Position Overview:
The Senior Specialist, Finance Systems will serve as an in-house Finance Systems Specialist, focusing on various finance applications. This role is key to optimizing critical finance systems and supporting WS Audiology’s business transformation. By improving system efficiencies, aligning solutions with business needs, and upskilling finance users, the Senior Specialist, Finance Systems will help drive growth and expand access to hearing care globally.

What You Will Do:

• Finance System Support: Provide support in areas such as EPM Systems, Treasury Management Systems, Lease Management Systems, and Tax Management Systems.
• Project Management: End-to-end project management of implementation of IT projects.
• Efficiency Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions that drive business results.
• User Training: Help upskill the finance users within our finance applications.
• ERP Interfaces: Support ERP interfaces with other systems.
• Project Participation: Take part in or support rollout and other projects.
• Release Management: Support release management by testing and preparing required documentation.
• Business Alignment: Align on business requirements with the process governance team and prepare solutions.

What you bring:

• Education: Master's degree or higher in Finance or IT.
• Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience working with finance systems such as EPM Systems, Treasury Management Systems, Procurement Systems, Lease Management Systems, and Tax Management Systems.
  
• Some exposure to the project management and finance process automation.
• Strong stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of finance systems.
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
