CRM Specialist (Salesforce)

This CRM Specialist role is responsible for optimizing the sales cycle, from customer segmentation and planning through to execution and follow-up. The ideal candidate will have expertise in customer segmentation, sales territory management, sales enablement, and marketing automation, with an emphasis on leveraging cutting-edge technologies.
What You will do
Customer Segmentation & Planning:
- Lead the execution of customer segmentation models to ensure effective targeting and alignment of sales resources across diverse market segments.
Sales Planning & Preparation:
- Oversee the preparation of strategic sales plans, ensuring alignment with regional and corporate goals while ensuring optimal resource allocation.
Customer Meetings & Follow-Up:
- Ensure that customer meetings are well-planned and effectively executed.
- Track meeting outcomes and lead follow-up activities to ensure impact and relationship building.
Impact Tracking & Sales Excellence:
- Establish metrics for tracking sales impact, including sales territory performance, campaign effectiveness, and lead conversion rates.
Campaign Management:
- Lead the end-to-end execution of sales and marketing campaigns, including defining objectives, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking progress, and reporting on results.
Marketing Automation:
- Drive the effective use of marketing automation platforms to streamline lead generation, nurture leads, and improve conversion rates.
- Oversee the launch tracking and performance evaluation of marketing campaigns.
Event Management:
- Oversee virtual and in-person events (using tools like Aventri and Zoom Webinar) to enhance customer engagement and support sales growth.
- Ensure smooth execution, from planning to post-event follow-up.
Master Data Management:
- Oversee the quality and integrity of master data across Salesforce.com and Infor LN systems.
- Ensure that all data used for sales, marketing, and customer service is accurate, consistent, and timely.
Service Excellence:
- Implement and monitor service quality management programs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and seamless integration with sales strategies.
- Ensure that customer service touchpoints are aligned with the overall customer experience.
Sales Tracking & Reporting:
- Leverage Salesforce Einstein Analytics and other business intelligence tools to track sales performance, campaign impact, and other KPIs.
- Provide actionable insights to improve sales strategies.
Sales Enablement Tools Management:
- Oversee and optimize the use of sales enablement tools like Showpad, Zoom Webinar, and other digital platforms to drive sales productivity, engagement, and customer experience.
CRM Systems (B2B & B2C):
- Manage the implementation and continuous improvement of Salesforce.com for both B2B and B2C sales operations.
- Ensure proper data management, accurate reporting, and seamless integration across all sales processes.
Shopping & Fitting Experience:
- Manage the development of systems and processes to improve the shopping and fitting experience for customers, ensuring that customer-facing teams have the tools and data necessary to drive a seamless experience.
Sales Forecasting & Territory Management:
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine sales territory management and ensure that resources are deployed efficiently to maximize revenue potential.
Training & Support:
- Develop and deliver training programs for sales teams on the use of sales tools, CRM systems, and sales best practices.
- Ensure ongoing support to drive continuous improvement.
What you bring
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in sales operations, sales systems management, or related roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proficiency and proven certification in Salesforce.com (B2B & B2C) is Mandatory, Infor LN, Showpad, Zoom Webinar, and other sales enablement and marketing automation platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics or similar BI tools for sales performance tracking and reporting.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, customer segmentation, and lead management processes.
- Expertise in campaign management, launch tracking, and service quality management.
- Experience with master data management and ensuring data integrity across business systems.

- Experience in the retail, e-commerce, or manufacturing sectors is preferred.
- Familiarity with advanced sales techniques, including sales territory management and customer lifetime value optimization.
