CRM Specialist (Salesforce)

This CRM Specialist role is responsible for optimizing the sales cycle, from customer segmentation and planning through to execution and follow-up. The ideal candidate will have expertise in customer segmentation, sales territory management, sales enablement, and marketing automation, with an emphasis on leveraging cutting-edge technologies.
What You will do
Master Data & System Management:
Ensure high‑quality customer data and continuously optimize the platform across B2B and B2C operations to enable accurate reporting and seamless sales processes.
Customer Segmentation & Planning:
Drive Salesforce‑based customer segmentation, sales planning, and meeting execution to optimize targeting, resource allocation, and follow‑up.
Campaign management
Lead Salesforce‑driven campaign execution, marketing automation, and event management to generate, nurture, and convert leads while tracking performance and driving seamless end‑to‑end execution
Sales Excellence:
Establish Salesforce‑based metrics to track sales impact and use data‑driven insights to optimize territory performance, campaign effectiveness, lead conversion, and resource deployment
Service Excellence:
Implement and monitor Salesforce‑aligned service quality programs to ensure high customer satisfaction and consistent, integrated customer experiences across all touchpoints
Sales Tracking & Reporting:
Leverage tools like Einstein Analytics to monitor sales performance and campaign KPIs, delivering actionable insights to strengthen sales strategies.
Sales Enablement Tools Management:
Oversee and optimize the use of sales enablement tools like Showpad, Zoom Webinar, and other digital platforms to drive sales productivity, engagement, and customer experience.
Training & Support:
Deliver training and continuous support to equip sales teams with effective CRM usage, sales tools proficiency, and best‑practice adoption
What you bring
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in sales operations, sales systems management, or related roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
Proficiency and proven certification in Salesforce.com (B2B & B2C) is Mandatory, Infor LN, Showpad, Zoom Webinar, and other sales enablement and marketing automation platforms.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics or similar BI tools for sales performance tracking and reporting.
Strong understanding of marketing automation, customer segmentation, and lead management processes.
Expertise in campaign management, launch tracking, and service quality management.
Experience with master data management and ensuring data integrity across business systems.

Preferred Experience:
Experience in the retail, e-commerce, or manufacturing sectors is preferred.
Familiarity with advanced sales techniques, including sales territory management and customer lifetime value optimization.
