You will be responsible for providing audiological expertise and support to the sales team in promoting hearing aid products.

What you will do

1. Product trainings

• Provide training and support to hearing care professionals on hearing aid features, fitting techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
• Assist customers in understanding and communicating technical specifications and benefits of different hearing aid models.

2. Sales support

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive product sales.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies in the hearing aid market to provide insights and recommendations to the sales team.

3. Technical service

• Support dealers to handle WSA equipment related issues and trouble shooting.

What you bring

• Licensed Audiologist with minimum 2 years of hearing aid industry related experience.   
• Strong understanding of hearing aid technology, fitting techniques, and industry standards. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and sales team members. 
• Proven ability to deliver technical presentations and demonstrations effectively.
