We are looking to hire a CCM Developer who will be designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Customer Communications Management platforms to deliver personalized, compliant, and engaging customer communications across multiple channels (Print, Email, Fax, SMS, etc.). This role requires strong expertise in CCM tools and experience working in cloud-based environment.

What you will do

• Design and develop CCM templates for high-volume customer communications.

• Implement enhancements and support production document workflows.

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements.

• Conduct unit testing and resolve issues in production environments.

• Ensure seamless integration with archiving tools using REST APIs.

• Work on CCM solutions deployed in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or similar).

What you bring

• 7+ years of CCM experience, with at least 4+ years in Smart Communications, OpenText CCM, or Quadient CCM.

• Hands-on experience with CCM solutions in cloud environments.

• Technical Expertise inTemplate design & development using Design Manager. Multi-channel communication design (Print, Web/HTML, Email, Archive, SMS, Fax).

• Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, and data mapping techniques.

• Knowledge of scripting languages (JavaScript, Python) is a plus.

• Experience with batch and interactive processing.

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and REST API interfaces.

• Good understanding of output management systems.

• Exposure to global template design in any CCM tool.

• Experience in administration activities such as document processing and sorting. Additional Skills.

• Experience with Infor LN or ERP systems is helpful.
