Manager – Programs & Projects (IT)

We are seeking a Manager – Programs & Projects (IT) with a strong technology and automation focus to support and drive IT innovation across our organization. This role will concentrate on automation, system integration, and modern technology solutions, acting as a bridge between functional requirements and technical execution while overseeing automation initiatives and guiding delivery teams toward scalable solutions.
What you will do
Lead and oversee IT automation initiatives, including UI automation, productivity automation, and test automation for system and ERP rollouts
Identify system gaps and propose innovative, lightweight, and quickly achievable technology solutions
Guide and steer development activities delivered by internal teams or external vendors, ensuring sound technical direction
Oversee and support an automation-focused team, providing direction, prioritization, and people leadership as required
Collaborate with functional stakeholders to translate business needs into clear technical requirements and solutions
Support system integrations through APIs and other integration approaches to connect applications and improve efficiency.
What you bring
University degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in IT automation, technology consulting, or system integration roles
Hands-on experience with automation technologies; experience with Infor ERP or ERP-related automation is a strong advantage
Strong understanding of both technical and functional domains, with the ability to bridge developers and business users
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, including data analysis using tools such as Excel and SQL
Effective communicator with an innovative mindset and the ability to operate in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment.
