Salesforce CRM Specialist

We are seeking a Salesforce CRM Specialist to design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role involves custom development, integration, release management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business needs. You will be working in a US shift to support global operations.
What you will do
Custom Development: Design, develop, and implement secure and scalable solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Integration Expertise: Build and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or other technologies.
Code Optimization: Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following Salesforce best practices.
Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Testing & Debugging: Perform rigorous testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Release Management: Manage Salesforce release cycles, including sandbox management and version control (e.g., Git).
Support Management: Provide global operations support to end-users using Jira.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for processes, customizations, and configurations.
Best Practices: Stay updated with Salesforce releases and implement development standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with administrators, architects, and business analysts to deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Continuous Learning: Enhance skills and stay current with Salesforce innovations.
What you bring
2–3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce integrations.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, third-party tools, and middleware platforms.
Proficiency in SQL
Proven experience in release management, sandbox handling, and version control (Git).
Understanding of Salesforce security, governor limits, and performance optimization.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a good team player.
Good-to-have skills
Experience in MuleSoft integration or Python programming
