Procurement Excellence Lead

We are look for a people-oriented, tech-savvy individual to lead and maintain the eProcurement ecosystem throughout its digital transformation journey. This role will translate procurement and business requirements into effective digital workflows, support system implementation and go-live activities, and ensure ongoing system maintenance. You will work closely with Procurement Leadership and cross-functional teams, manage projects, handle and cleanse procurement data, maintain documentation, and deliver user training, with a strong hands-on focus on procurement systems and process maintenance post-implementation.
What you will do
Lead implementation and continuous improvement of the eProcurement system supporting end-to-end source-to-pay processes
Translate business requirements into efficient digital workflows and automation opportunities.
Partner with Procurement leadership and cross-functional teams to define digital roadmaps
Ensure data integrity, catalog accuracy, and supplier enablement across digital procurement platforms
Map, standardize, document, and manage Global Procurement processes through policy documents, standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions and forms in line with audit requirements
Drive process improvements, provide user training and support, and represent as a subject matter expert for procurement processes during audits.
What you bring
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Economics, Engineering or any related field
4–5 years of professional experience in combination of procurement, including at least 2 years focused on digital transformation, process improvement, or eProcurement system management
Strong understanding of source-to-pay process, procurement policies, and internal controls
Proven record of leading process improvement or automation initiatives
Hands-on experience with eProcurement systems (e.g., Zycus, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, or similar)
Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. Knowledge in Power BI is advantageous.
