Sr. Marketing Executive

This is a part-time role, which required at least 2 days a week.
What you will do
Integrated Campaigns: Execute product launches, ads, and promotional materials to drive sales and market share.
Media & Vendor Management: Strategize media spend and manage external agencies (PR, designers, printers) for maximum ROI.
Retail & Visual Merchandising: Lead clinic branding, POSM inventory, and "consumer experience" layouts in line with brand guidelines.
Data-Driven Analysis: Monitor sales performance, competitor activity, and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Regional & Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate with the APAC marketing team and internal clinicians to align local activities with regional strategy.
What you bring
Experience: At least 3 years in retail marketing (CPG or durables) with a mix of B2B and B2C experience.
Event & POSM Ownership: Proven ability to plan and execute marketing events and retail displays from concept (0-1) to final production.
Strategic & Creative Thinking: Skilled in creative POSM design, data-driven analysis of customer feedback, and budget/inventory management.
Communication & Vendor Relations: Excellent English skills with the ability to lead internal teams and manage external setup/creative agencies.
Professional Mindset: An energetic, multitasker with an entrepreneurial spirit who can meet tight deadlines and travel as required.
