Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator with hands-on experience in supporting daily marketing operations, campaign execution, event coordination, and vendor management. This role plays a key part in enabling smooth marketing workflows, ensuring timely execution, and supporting customer-facing initiatives.
What you will do
Coordinate and execute in‑store branding, customer marketing support, and co-op campaigns.
Manage agency and vendor coordination, including briefing, reviewing deliverables, collecting feedback, and ensuring timely execution.
Support internal and external marketing events, ensuring smooth planning and on-ground coordination.
Maintain accurate records and data for marketing campaigns, customer initiatives, and in‑store branding.
Manage routine marketing operations such as PO/Invoice processing, marketing credit notes, new vendor registration, and POSM stock management & dispatch.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and task alignment.
Support routine email communication, marketing reporting, and follow-ups as assigned.
What you bring
Experience
1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing coordination, campaign execution, event support, vendor management, or related roles.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication skills and a professional, collaborative approach.
Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
Ability to multitask and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and platforms like Canva, email tools (good to have).
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
