Work Arrangement: Full time, Hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 day remote)
The role
An opportunity exists for an ambitious, proactive and highly communicative marketing professional to join our dynamic and fast‑paced Marketing team.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to take ownership, build strong 1:1 relationships, and develop a long‑term career within a global organisation. You will support the planning, creation, and delivery of internal communications, events, Local Area Marketing (LAM), and content — ensuring strong brand expression, clear messaging, and operational excellence across ANZ.
This role exists to drive clarity, engagement and execution. You will play a visible role in maintaining clear communication channels, strengthening employee engagement, supporting our network with timely and high‑quality marketing materials, and ensuring professional, on‑brand delivery of national events and marketing content.
What we are looking for
Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, Your responsibilities will be but not limited to:
Internal Communications
• To support the planning, creation, and delivery of internal communications that strengthen organisational alignment, enhance employee engagement, and reinforce the company’s employer brand and change priorities..
Events & Conferences
• To deliver high‑quality events and conference support that strengthens brand presence, drives professional engagement, and supports thought leadership in key industry forums.
Social Media & Content Marketing
• To deliver engaging and brand‑aligned content across social media, website and digital channels that strengthens brand awareness, supports campaigns, and drives meaningful audience engagement.
Retail Network Support (LAM & Medical Marketing)
• To support the daily marketing operations of our retail network, as well as local area marketing (LAM) and medical marketing initiatives through timely asset creation, content adaptation, and execution support for field and clinical teams.
Marketing Assistance
• Support the marketing team across a broad range of activities, including inbox management, digital and website updates, eDM/CRM execution, and general marketing coordination
About you
• 3+ years’ experience in marketing and/or content creation roles within a retail or agency environment, with exposure to performance metrics and commercial drivers
• A proven track record of content creation and implementation from brief to delivery, using insights and performance feedback to continuously improve outcomes
• Strong 1:1 communication, presentation and interpersonal skills — confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels and translating insights into clear recommendations and actions
• Highly proactive, organised and comfortable operating in a fast paced environment, with the ability to prioritise based on data, deadlines and business impact
• Comfortable working with numbers, reports and dashboards, and using data to inform decisions, measure effectiveness and take action
• A mindset geared toward learning, development and long term career progression, with curiosity for what’s working, what’s not, and why
• Experience using graphic design platforms such as Canva and/or Adobe Illustrator
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
