Zycus - IT Specialist, Procurement Systems

We are looking for an IT Specialist – Procurement Systems to support and operate our global procurement platform, Zycus, as it is rolled out worldwide. This role focuses on ensuring stable day-to-day operations, reliable integrations with ERP systems, and close collaboration with procurement, finance, and IT teams to support consistent and well-documented processes.
What you will do
Zycus–ERP Integration Management
Monitor daily interface jobs between Zycus and ERP systems.
Validate data transfers such as vendor masters, purchase orders, and invoices.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures.
Coordinate fixes with internal integration teams and external Zycus support teams.
Operational Support for Procurement Processes
Provide day-to-day application support for P2P and S2C modules.
Handle user service tickets related to supplier master data, transactions, and procurement workflows.
Troubleshoot functional issues to ensure smooth end‑to‑end procurement operations.
System Configuration & Master Data Management
Manage service requests such as approval matrices updates, user roles, access rights, and integration mappings.
Coordinate change requests, testing, and validation activities.
Ensure master data alignment across Zycus, ERP, and related systems.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Documentation
Work closely with Procurement, Finance, and other IT teams to align system behavior with business processes.
Assess change request impacts and support controlled rollouts.
Maintain documentation including integration logic, SOPs, and support guides.
Support user training and knowledge transfer during system or process changes.
What you bring
Experience
3+ years of experience supporting procurement or supply chain IT systems.
Hands‑on experience with procurement processes and workflows.
Experience supporting enterprise applications in a global environment.
Technical & Functional Skills
Knowledge of Zycus procurement tools is preferred.
Understanding of ERP integrations and interface monitoring.
Familiarity with incident management, change management, and application support best practices.
Personal Competencies
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
Detail‑oriented with a structured approach to documentation.
Ability to work independently while collaborating across global teams.
Fluent in English.
