Infor OS / ION & Security Specialist

What you will do
Administer users, roles, and security within Infor OS.
Manage and support CloudSuite OS components including ION Desk, ION API, IDM, LSP, Homepage widgets, and Workflow Automation.
Perform integration analysis, testing, deployment, and ongoing monitoring.
Troubleshoot integration issues such as BOD failures, API timeouts, and workflow errors.
Support CloudSuite release testing and coordinate activities across environments.
Partner with business teams to translate requirements into effective CloudSuite configurations.
What you bring
3–4 years of hands-on experience with Infor CloudSuite OS / ION.
Strong understanding of User Management, workflows, APIs, security administration, BODs, and integrations.
Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Infor LN processes is an added advantage.
