We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced Application and Support Specialist, who will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and integration of our business applications portfolio for both Retail and Wholesale business operations.
This is a great opportunity for an Application and Support Specialist to provide and implement new applications, continuous advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex issues and maintain our critical enterprise business applications and integrations. .You will be working from our Head Office in the city, Milton QLD with one day working from home.
As an Application and Support Specialist, your responsibilities will be but not limited to:
· Serve as an expert for all Retail and Wholesale business applications
· Work closely with Global Teams enhance and resolve and document complex issues
· Configure, maintain and support a range of business applications systems, including ERP, CRM, POS, Warehouse management systems
· Ensure seamless integration and reliable performance across business applications
· Maintain application documentation including user guides, support procedures, and system configurations
· Level 1, 2 and 3 Support for hardware and business applications
· Build strong working relationships with wider business teams & Global IT
· Enforce ITIL-aligned processes including:
· Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management
· Support and up-skill Service Desk Analysts team to be able to do level 1 support
· Document issues and develop process/systems support process efficiencies
· Support application testing, upgrades, patching, and deployments
· Translate business needs into IT solutions and priorities
· Lead the implementations of new applications/systems and manage upgrades and enhancements to existing applications
About you
· 5 years experience in IT Application Support, Implementation, configuration and testing
· 3-5 years experience in Enterprise applications like ERP, CRM, POS, Audiology applications and Warehouse management systems
· Proven experience in IT roll-out projects and enterprise application environments (ERP, POS, CRM, BI).
· Demonstrated strong oral and written communication
· Advanced proficiency in SQL and relational database management
· Proven expertise in configuring and supporting enterprise-level applications (ERP, POS, CRM, WMS, etc.)
· A strong passion for emerging technologies and solving complex technical challenges
