What you will do

• Engage with cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, R&D, Finance, Facilities, HR) across SEA (Singapore, Philippines, India) to ensure procurement compliance and alignment with global targets.

• Deliver annual financial and non-financial targets by cascading global objectives and driving cost savings, demand management, and supplier development.

• Identify and manage a high-value supplier base in the region, including contract management, performance monitoring, and supplier relationship management (SRM).

• Drive category benefits through strategic sourcing, commercial negotiations, and compliance with best cost and terms.

• Act as key user of the procurement digitalization tool to support indirect procurement efficiency and process digitalization.

What you bring

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent.

• 5+ years of experience in a procurement-focused role.

• Technical knowledge of indirect materials and cost drivers.

• Experience in program/process development for cost savings.

• Skilled in contract management and supplier management.

Personal competencies

• Ability to work under high pressure and deliver results.

• Strategic, results-oriented, accountable, and responsible.

• Team player with cooperation willingness.
