Performance Marketing Lead

We are looking for a strategic and insight-driven digital marketing professional who is passionate about turning data into actionable insights and helping APAC markets make informed marketing decisions.
This is a lead-level individual contributor (IC) role within the APAC Digital Hub that combines digital strategy, campaign execution, performance analysis, stakeholder consulting, and market support. Acting as a strategic advisor to the Digital Hub Manager and regional stakeholders, you will translate campaign, website, SEO, social media, and digital channel performance into recommendations that drive business outcomes across APAC.
As APAC markets increasingly transition away from agency support, this role will play a critical part in building internal digital marketing capabilities and establishing the Digital Hub as a trusted performance marketing partner. The ideal candidate combines strong paid media expertise, analytical thinking, business storytelling, stakeholder management, and a passion for emerging AI-powered marketing technologies.
Success in this role requires the ability to move seamlessly between strategy, execution, analysis, and day-to-day market support while maintaining a strong focus on continuous performance improvement.
Key Skills
Paid Media Strategy & Campaign Management
Develop and manage paid media strategies across: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and Other relevant digital channels
Build integrated media plans aligned with market objectives.
Recommend channel mix, audience targeting strategies, and budget allocation.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI and lead quality.
Support APAC markets with campaign planning, activation, and optimization recommendations.
Performance Analysis & ReportingOwn monthly and quarterly digital performance reporting across APAC markets.
Translate campaign, website, social media, and SEO performance into actionable business insights.
Develop clear, insight-led reports that explain: What happened, Why it happened and What actions should be taken next
Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and optimization recommendations.
Develop and maintain performance dashboards using GA4, Looker Studio, and other reporting tools.
Benchmark performance against historical results, industry standards, and regional trends.
Strategic Advisory & Regional Performance Leadership
Act as a strategic advisor to the Digital Hub Manager on digital marketing performance across APAC.
Proactively monitor trends across: Paid media, Organic search, Social media, Website performance and Campaign effectiveness
Identify emerging opportunities, risks, and performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
Support annual planning, campaign strategy development, and investment recommendations through performance insights and market intelligence.
Help shape the Digital Hub's direction through data-driven recommendations and market learnings.
Partner with Content, SEO, Creative, and Website specialists to improve overall digital performance across channels.
Analytics, Attribution & Measurement
Develop and maintain campaign tracking frameworks and governance.
Ensure accurate performance measurement through: Google Analytics 4,Google Tag Manager, CRM integrations, and UTM governance.
Support lead attribution and reporting through CRM platforms where applicable.
Improve reporting processes and measurement frameworks to increase transparency and business value.
Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure reporting consistency and accuracy
Conversion & Landing Page Optimisation
Partner with Website, SEO, Content, and Creative teams to improve landing page effectiveness.
Review campaign performance and recommend conversion optimisation opportunities.
Support A/B testing and experimentation across audiences, creatives, messaging, and landing pages.
Ensure campaigns are launched with appropriate tracking and measurement mechanisms in place.
Market Support & Digital Operations
Serve as the first point of contact for APAC markets on digital marketing platform, campaign, tracking, and reporting-related queries.
Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day issues across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4, GTM, and reporting tools.
Support markets in diagnosing campaign delivery issues, tracking discrepancies, conversion measurement challenges, and platform configuration concerns.
Partner with Website, SEO, Content, and Creative specialists to resolve cross-functional digital marketing issues.
Provide guidance and best practices to market teams to improve platform usage, campaign setup, and digital performance.
Escalate and coordinate with global teams, vendors, or platform support teams where required.
AI & Marketing Innovation
Explore and implement AI-powered tools to improve campaign planning, optimization, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
Evaluate emerging technologies and marketing innovations that can improve performance across APAC markets.
Stay updated on developments in AI-driven marketing, automation, and performance measurement.
Support the Digital Hub's adoption of AI-assisted marketing processes and best practices.

Minimum QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Analytics, Communications, or related fields.
5-8 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Paid Media, Digital Marketing, or Growth Marketing.
Demonstrated experience balancing strategic planning with hands-on campaign management, platform administration, troubleshooting, and stakeholder support.
Experience managing or supporting campaigns across multiple markets or regions.
Strong understanding of paid media, analytics, attribution, reporting, and performance optimisation.
Demonstrated ability to translate data into strategic recommendations and business insights.
Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills.
Experience working within regional or global marketing teams is preferred.
