Project Portfolio & Resource Analyst

We are seeking a Planview Resource Planning Analyst to support enterprise resource planning, capacity management, portfolio governance, and workforce forecasting activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Planview and a strong understanding of resource allocation, financial tracking, and portfolio reporting. This role partners closely with PMO, Finance, Project Managers, and Resource Managers to enable effective planning and decision-making across the organization.
What you will do
Administer and support Planview, ensuring data integrity, system adoption, and process compliance.
Manage resource planning, capacity tracking, allocation management, and workforce forecasting activities.
Partner with PMO, Project Managers, Finance, and Resource Managers to support portfolio planning and governance processes.
Track and report on resource-related financial metrics including budgets, forecasts, actuals, labor costs, and cost centers.
Develop dashboards, reports, and insights to support portfolio and resource management decisions.
Identify and implement process improvements, system enhancements, and reporting efficiencies within Planview.
What you bring
Experience
Hands-on experience working with Planview, preferably in a Resource Management, PPM, or Administrator capacity.
Strong understanding of resource planning, capacity management, demand management, and portfolio processes.
Experience supporting financial tracking, budgeting, forecasting, and resource cost management.
Ability to gather requirements and collaborate effectively with PMO, Finance, and project delivery stakeholders.
Strong reporting, analytical, and Excel skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Proven ability to learn new tools, processes, and business domains quickly.
