Business Analyst, Global Finance Process

In this role, you will support high-impact strategic projects and help drive finance transformation initiatives across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to grow in a global business environment.
What you will do
Gather, document, and analyze business requirements across global finance functions (e.g., Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash) to support process standardization and improvement.
Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, IT, and business functions to understand business needs, validate requirements, and support solution design.
Translate business requirements into clear functional documentation for IT teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
Support the delivery of global strategic projects by coordinating activities, tracking progress, and managing project risks and issues.
Contribute to testing, system and process improvement initiatives to ensure solutions meet business requirements and drive operational efficiency.
Analyze business and financial data, develop reports and dashboards, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Assist Global Process Owners (GPOs) with governance, reporting, stakeholder communications, and change management activities, including project updates, training materials, and user adoption.
What you bring
Experience
University Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience are also encouraged.
Internship or work experience in management consulting, business analysis, finance transformation, project management, or process improvement is preferred.
Exposure to ERP systems, finance systems, procurement tools, invoice processing systems, or workflow tools is a plus.
Personal competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to break down complex issues and present them clearly.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders across functions and regions.
Comfortable working with Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools.
Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work in a fast-paced project environment.
