Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

As an engineer, you will work alongside a team of dedicated and skilled professionals, all driven by the mission to “build a secure, scalable, and reliable remote fitting solution that enables WSA to deliver remote care to its customers.”
What you will do
Market Rollouts Management
- Own and oversee QA planning and execution for regional and global market rollouts.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Dev, Release Management, Localization, etc.) to ensure smooth launches.
- Validate readiness of market-specific features, content, and configurations.
- Establish quality gates for market acceptance criteria and ensure proper regression coverage for each rollout.
Multi-Project QA Leadership
- Lead multiple concurrent QA efforts across different product lines or teams.
- Prioritize testing activities based on risk, scope, and timelines.
- Ensure consistency in testing approaches, tooling, and best practices across all projects.
- Mentor and support QA Leads and Engineers working under each project stream.
Strategic QA Planning & Process Improvement
- Contribute to the overall QA strategy and continuous improvement of quality standards.
- Define and refine test strategies, frameworks, and scalable processes across teams.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement automation or tooling solutions to boost efficiency.
- Drive a quality-first mindset in the engineering and product lifecycle.
Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
- Act as the primary point of contact for QA status and risk communication to leadership.
- Present clear, data-driven updates and quality metrics to stakeholders.
- Manage expectations around release quality and readiness in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
People Management & Mentorship
- Support team development through mentoring, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Help define individual growth paths, conduct 1:1s, and support career development goals.
- Foster collaboration across QA engineers and act as a role model in quality leadership.
What you bring
- 7+ Years of Experience in QA
- Minimum 5 Years of Experience in eCommerce
- Experience with Market Rollouts, coordinating multiple complex project, teams and individuals
Must Have Experience:
- Magento
- PIM Systems
- ERP Systems
