Architect, Senior Specialist Infor LN ERP

We are seeking an Architect, Senior Specialist Infor LN ERP with strong technical and functional expertise in Infor LN to design, develop, and lead ERP solutions. This role involves guiding developers, ensuring robust application design, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver efficient and scalable solutions.
What you will do
- Develop complex Infor LN applications based on Technical Requirement Specifications (TRS).
- Translate User Requirement Specifications (URS) into TRS and review with IT Functional Analysts.
- Create and maintain Traceability Matrix from URS to TRS.
- Perform code reviews of Infor LN programs developed by team members.
- Define datasets for unit and end-to-end testing and execute test cases as required.
- Design solutions as per URS and guide/mentor a small pool of developers to deliver quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with IT Application Analysts and Test Analysts to ensure robust application development and knowledge transfer for testing.
- Review program scripts developed by peers periodically for compliance and quality.
What you bring
Education & Experience
- University degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or related discipline.
- 6–10 years of experience in ERP development and customization.
- Extensive experience in Infor LN Extensibility Framework (versions 10.5 and above).
- Strong experience in programming/coding and writing database queries.
- In-depth Infor ERP LN functional knowledge.
- Ability to guide and mentor developers on Infor LN customizations.
Technical Skills
- Expertise in ERP development standards and best practices.
- Familiarity with software documentation and version control.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Personal Competencies
- Excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluent in English.
