Join a global team driving modern commercial platforms powering business-critical eCommerce operations. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will own the reliability, scalability, and performance of our Azure Cloud and hybrid infrastructure, while leading DevOps practices across the full application lifecycle.

This role combines hands-on technical depth, architectural ownership, and team leadership, working closely with engineering, product, and security stakeholders to deliver resilient, high-performing systems at scale.

What you will do

• Oversee and optimize Azure Cloud and on-premise architecture, ensuring high availability, security, and performance

• Design, manage, and scale Kubernetes clusters and containerized environments (Docker)

• Drive seamless CI/CD and deployment processes, particularly for Magento/Adobe Commerce and eCommerce platforms

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Development, QA, Product, and Security teams to ensure stable and efficient releases

• Implement and manage infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible) and monitoring solutions (New Relic, ELK stack)

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of DevOps engineers, including workload planning (Jira/Azure DevOps) and operational oversight.

What you bring

• 8–12 years of DevOps experience, including 2–3 years in a senior or leadership capacity

• Strong expertise in Azure Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) with proven experience in hybrid (on-prem + cloud) environments

• Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud-native infrastructure design

• Solid experience supporting Magento/Adobe Commerce, including architecture (MySQL, nginx, Redis, Varnish, PHP/PHP-FPM) and deployment processes

• Proficiency in DevOps toolchains (Bitbucket, Jira, Azure DevOps), infrastructure automation, and system monitoring

• Detail-oriented and collaborative communicator with strong stakeholder management skills; experienced in troubleshooting, cost optimization, and continuous improvement.
