Technical Lead – Automation (IT)

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead – Automation to design, build, and optimize automation solutions across our ERP and enterprise application landscape. This role is ideal for a senior automation specialist who enjoys solving complex technical problems, working close to the code, and driving high-quality, scalable automation outcomes. The role is an individual contributor position with a clear growth path into technical or people leadership as the function expands.
What you will do
Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for ERP and enterprise systems, including test automation, productivity automation, and system integrations
Build, review, and optimize automation frameworks and code to ensure scalability, robustness, and best-practice adherence
Lead ERP automation testing activities, including regression testing, change impact analysis, and validation of system enhancements
Collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into effective automation solutions
Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and approaches to improve automation efficiency and reliability
Support continuous improvement initiatives by assessing change requests, managing automation updates, and supporting release cycles.
What you bring
8–12 years of hands-on experience in automation development for enterprise or ERP systems
Strong experience with Selenium-based automation; exposure to RPA, Power Automate, or similar tools is a plus
Hands-on experience with Infor ERP (LN or CloudSuite) automation testing is a strong advantage
Solid understanding of ERP workflows, APIs, system integrations, and test data management
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills with the ability to assess change impact effectively
Clear communicator with a growth mindset, technical leadership potential, and comfort operating in multi-stakeholder environments.
