We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead – Automation to design, build, and optimize automation solutions across our ERP and enterprise application landscape. This role is ideal for a senior automation specialist who enjoys solving complex technical problems, working close to the code, and driving high-quality, scalable automation outcomes. The role is an individual contributor position with a clear growth path into technical or people leadership as the function expands.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for ERP and enterprise systems, including test automation, productivity automation, and system integrations

• Build, review, and optimize automation frameworks and code to ensure scalability, robustness, and best-practice adherence

• Lead ERP automation testing activities, including regression testing, change impact analysis, and validation of system enhancements

• Collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into effective automation solutions

• Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and approaches to improve automation efficiency and reliability

• Support continuous improvement initiatives by assessing change requests, managing automation updates, and supporting release cycles.

What you bring

• 8–12 years of hands-on experience in automation development for enterprise or ERP systems

• Strong experience with Selenium-based automation; exposure to RPA, Power Automate, or similar tools is a plus

• Hands-on experience with Infor ERP (LN or CloudSuite) automation testing is a strong advantage

• Solid understanding of ERP workflows, APIs, system integrations, and test data management

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills with the ability to assess change impact effectively

• Clear communicator with a growth mindset, technical leadership potential, and comfort operating in multi-stakeholder environments.
