AI Specialist

We are seeking a senior professional-level AI Specialist to drive innovation and deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions across global business functions. This role focuses on hands-on LLM development, AI agent design, and end-to-end implementation of AI-powered solutions that enhance customer service and enable future digital initiatives.
What you will do
Design, build, and deploy AI and LLM-based solutions aligned to concrete business use cases
Select and integrate the most appropriate AI models and techniques for enterprise scenarios
Architect and orchestrate scalable AI agent frameworks with modular prompts, version control, and consistent behavior across regions
Implement secure, reliable integrations between AI models and core systems using CI/CD pipelines, Salesforce Agentforce, and enterprise workflows
Engineer data pipelines, RAG architectures, and vector search to ensure accurate, permission-aware AI responses
Collaborate with global stakeholders throughout delivery, change management, UAT, and ongoing operational support.
What you bring
5+ years of total experience, including 3+ years in machine learning and AI-focused roles
Strong hands-on expertise in Python and common data libraries (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) and modern AI/LLM frameworks
Proven experience with Salesforce Agentforce implementations (Flows, JavaScript) and enterprise system integration
Solid understanding of data pipelines, model deployment, governance, and AI security (PII masking, audit logging, compliance)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills, with experience in testing and hardening AI systems
Curious, innovative, and business-oriented mindset, with the ability to work effectively with global, cross-functional teams.
