We are looking for an Infor Finance Consultant to support ERP operations and projects in the EMEA region. This role will focus on implementing business requirements, resolving day-to-day issues, and reducing dependency on external vendors by building internal expertise.

What you will do

• Provide support for day-to-day ERP issues across all EMEA affiliates and EDC.

• Implement business requirements ensuring alignment with process governance, legal requirements, and regional needs.

• Support deployment activities and maintain accurate documentation.

• Monitor incoming incidents and RFCs, prioritize and assign tasks to relevant team members.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to Audiology business processes.

• Participate in weekly follow-up calls with departments and track escalated topics until resolution.

• Contribute to building internal ERP capability to reduce reliance on external vendors.

What you bring

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Infor ERP Finance Systems analysis and support

• Strong understanding of ERP operations and business processes.

• Familiarity with incident management and change management practices.

• Good Knowledge of Infor ERP for Finance Modules - GLD,CMG,ACP,ACR,Fixed Asset 

Personal competencies

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.

• Fluent in English.
