담당 업무

• 1. GL & Month-End Closing (Core Responsibility)

  - Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.

  - Review journal entries, accruals, provisions, and account reconciliations.

  - Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial statements.

  - Perform detailed P&L and Balance Sheet analytical reviews.

  - Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliation.

  - Ensure timely and accurate reporting to regional/global HQ.

  - Continuously improve closing timeline and quality.

• 2. Shared Service Oversight & payment

  - Oversee AR, AP, and transactional accounting handled by SSC.

  - Drive DSO improvement initiatives and monitor AR aging.

  - Partner with Sales and SSC to improve collection processes.

  - Review credit risk exposure and propose mitigation actions.

  - Ensure timely issue resolution and SLA adherence.

  - Oversee outbound payment process and cash disbursement control.

• 3. Financial Analysis & Business Support

  - Conduct internal revenue and cost analysis to identify profitability drivers.

  - Analyze gross margin movements and operating expense trends.

  - Provide insights on cost control and efficiency improvement.

  - Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis and scenario review.

• 4. Budget & Rolling Forecast Contribution

  - Support annual budget preparation in collaboration with department heads.

  - Actively contribute to monthly/quarterly rolling forecast updates.

  - Provide variance analysis vs Budget and Forecast.

  - Ensure alignment between financial outlook and accounting data.

  - Challenge assumptions with data-driven insights.

• 5. Compliance & Audit

  - Ensure compliance with Korean GAAP and internal policies.

  - Support statutory and tax audits.

  - Strengthen internal controls

  - Ensure accounting policies are properly implemented.

근무 조건

자격 요건 / 우대 사항

• AICPA (preferred).

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

• 10+ years of accounting experience with strong GL and closing expertise.

• Experience working with Shared Service Center (SSC).

• Strong ERP experience

• Experience in budgeting and rolling forecast processes.

• Business-level English required.
